Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or non-stick spray (for greasing the muffin tin)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with olive oil or non-stick spray to prevent sticking.

  2. Prepare the mix-ins:

    • Cook any vegetables or meats you’re using. For example, sauté bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms until tender, or cook and crumble bacon or sausage.
  3. Whisk the eggs:

    • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Assemble the muffins:

    • Evenly distribute the cooked vegetables and meats among the muffin tin cups.
